New Tanuki Suit

by Enemy Airship

/
1.
I don't think it's working But I swear I'm getting lighter Than the air that I can't pull into myself And my chest is getting tighter Oh no! We all thought you were messing around Talking shit to the drunks in your hometown Drifting around with your head in the clouds Flapping your tail like a mongrel dog I can't say for certain But I saw that statue's eyes drift in my direction As I pull into my shell Swear I saw you spitting fire Oh no! Oh no!

about

It's about dealing with panic attacks. It's about wanting to turn into a statue, or maybe wanting to find a leaf that turns you into a raccoon and lets you fly away.

This is the second single from an album of eight songs we're hoping to release this year.

Yards & Gods Forever.

about

Enemy Airship St. Louis, Missouri

"Enemy Airship creates a sound that is atmospheric yet tightly coiled, its guitars and synths bleeding together to hint at garage rock, indie-pop, New Wave and experimental tones without ever picking a side." - Aarik Danielson, Columbia Daily Tribune
